IMPORTANT PLEASE READ :

FOR THOSE THAT HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH INVADA MAIL ORDER PLEASE READ :
It has come to our attention that the 3rd party company who process orders for us have not been corresponding data correctly to our email - nor to our suppliers.
We are hoping this problem should be resolved after a lengthy conversation today and we may have got to the bottom of the problem.
We have set up a mail order help contact which will be checked twice a week by someone directly inside the Invada office who will be able to 'iron out' any problems with the Big Cartel (our mail order shop).
If you have any problems PLEASE only contact invadastore@hotmail.com
DO NOT contact the invadarecords@live.co.uk email address, or the invada records myspace website. (any messages coming into these two sites will simply be deleted)
After lenthy discussions with our mail order contacts -
We would also like to raise two points.

1) Sending product by 'special' 'registered' or 'recorded delivery' will always guarantee your item and insure the item to replacement value. If you order and just pay regular 1st class, we cannot guarantee or replace items that go missing in the post - although we will do our best to try and help the situation.

2) Delivery times : Please allow upto 14 days for UK and 28 days for rest of world. Most days our mail order company go to the Post Office or use courier companies for dispatch - therefore items normally get sent out same day as order comes in. Please be patient and do not bombard us with emails unless the item doesnt come in the allocated time we are stating here.
